Privacy policy

This policy describes what personal data the nvbs-tech.uz website collects, what it is used for and what rights visitors have. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” No. ZRU-547 of 2 July 2019 and other legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Data controller

The controller is NVBS-TECH LLC. Office addresses: 31 Shohidontepa street, Shaykhantahur district, Tashkent, and 6 Shakhrisabz passage, Mirabad district, Tashkent. Email for personal data matters: info@nvbs-tech.uz.

What data we collect

Through the contact form: name, company name, phone number and message text. Automatically, via analytics cookies of Google Analytics 4 and Yandex Metrica: depersonalised technical details of the visit (IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed). The contacts page embeds Yandex Maps, which may set its own cookies under Yandex's policy.

Purposes of processing

Form data is used only to contact you about your request and prepare a proposal. Analytics data is used to measure traffic and improve the site. We do not use your data for marketing mailings and do not sell it to third parties.

How data is transferred

A form submission is relayed through the site's server component to the company's internal Telegram chat; only responsible NVBS-TECH LLC employees have access to it. Analytics data is processed by Google and Yandex as independent operators.

Consent

By submitting the form you consent to the processing of the data provided, confirmed via the checkbox. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@nvbs-tech.uz.

Data retention

Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and related business correspondence, then deleted. Retention of analytics data is governed by the settings of the respective services.

Your rights

Under ZRU-547 you may request information about the processing of your data, demand its correction, blocking or deletion, and withdraw your consent. Write to info@nvbs-tech.uz and we will respond within the statutory period.

Cookies and opting out

You can disable cookies in your browser settings or block the analytics counters — the site will keep working.
